The Winter issue of The Washington Quarterly, the international policy journal I currently work for, is now available online. Check it out. There is a section of five articles on various aspects of U.S.-China relations, as well as a spattering of articles included in our "Provocations" section about defeating insurgencies, German foreign policy, the legacy of the Soviet era in Russian political culture, and the future prospects of the European Union, among other topics. It's worth a read, especially if you're feeling particularly wonkish today.
